About the person

  • Solid experience of working in a sales role and closing deals – not necessarily in property
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Should be goal orientated, target driven Self-motivated, organised and sociable individual
  • Thrive on taking on responsibility
  • Full commitment and flexibility to occasionally work overseas
  • Able to work under pressure to produce results
  • Prepared to put in long hours and work hard to achieve success

You will be responsible for

  • Advising on overseas property investments
  • Advising clients throughout the sales process
  • Closing overseas property deals
  • Managing clients overseas property portfolios
  • Following up all sales enquiries
  • Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
  • Visiting and researching overseas properties and uploading detailed reports
  • Potential to manage and motivate a sales team

You will be responsible for

  • Advising on overseas property investments
  • Advising clients throughout the sales process
  • Closing overseas property deals – Especially those from China
  • Managing clients overseas property portfolios
  • Following up all sales enquiries – Especially our Chinese clients
  • Building rapport and maintaining client relationships – Especially in regards to our Chinese customers
  • Visiting and researching overseas properties and uploading detailed reports
  • Potential to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Occasional translation from English to Chinese and Vice Versa
  • Monitoring our Chinese property portals and making sure all translations are correct
